K.S.A.B. Construction Ltd. is a residential construction company located in Corner Brook which has been incorporated since 1996. In peak production times there are over 30 employees on staff, including carpenters, various tradesmen, labourers, sales representatives, a civil engineering technologist, and various other office staff.

Throughout the last 13 years, the company has completed over 80 homes on the west coast in towns such as Pasadena, Deer Lake, Steady Brook, and Corner Brook. In addition to detached homes, our company has designed and built two multi-unit condominium buildings in Steady Brook (River Vista Condominiums and Marble Mountain Condominiums) as well as Corner Brook’s first condominium building – the 16 residential and one commercial unit Townsite Condominium. We also designed and built “KSAB Manor”, a 6 unit accessible building on Wheelers Road.
