• We have over 14 years of experience building executive homes and commercial building:
  • built over 100 homes
  • built first condominium in Western Newfoundland - River Vista Condominiums
  • built first condominium building in Corner Brook - Townsite Condominiums

Since it's incorporation, KSAB has branched into other successful companies and services: 

• Humber Valley Real Estate Group Ltd. - developing residential sub-divisions in Western Newfoundland
• KSAB Real Estate - a member of the Newfoundland and Labrador Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association
• Corner Brook Self Storage and Rental Ltd. - Corner Brook's first and largest self storage mall
• Corner Brook Centre Bowl Ltd. - a 12 lane bowling alley
• KSAB Custom Cabinets Ltd. - building quality kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and other furniture

KSAB also owns and manages numerous rental properties in and around the Corner Brook area including KSAB Manor - a 6 unit wheelchair accessible rental property. 

KSAB Construction Ltd's. president is Darren Brake.  The company is named after Darren's four nephews - Keith, Sam, Albert, and Ben.
