The home will have cabinets, flooring, most plumbing, most fixtures
and a good deal of the drywall finished at the factory. The home is then
transported to the site and placed permanently on the foundation
(basement or crawlspace). The final on-site completion includes the
connection of utilities, HVAC, drywall finishing, carpet seaming and
final finishing touches - all included and done by KSAB's set crew.
